Mr. Murad has been associated with ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited (OLP) since its inception. Mr. Murad is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. In addition to being Chief Executive of OLP, Mr. Murad also holds the position of General Manager, Middle East Region, in ORIX Corporation and is on the Boards of Oman ORIX Leasing Company, Saudi ORIX Leasing Company, ORIX Leasing Egypt SAE, MAF ORIX Finance PJSC, BTA ORIX Leasing JSC and ORIX Investment Bank Pakistan Limited.
Mr. Butt, the founding partner of the firm and its Chief Consultant, is a professionally qualified Systems Analyst and an MBA, with over 17 years of diversified and accredited experience in various fields of management with world class multinationals. His key competencies include: Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Banking Operations, Islamic Finance, Project & Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering & Systems Planning. Prior to establishing People™, Mr. Butt held key positions in the banking sector. After establishing People™, Mr. Butt has lead several large scale organizational developments, change and HR management projects for private and public enterprises and also established a large scale HR and process outsourcing platform for prestigious clients country wide. Alongside these initiatives, in August 2007, Mr. Butt established a real estate development firm, Orix Properties, as a partner and holds complete management control of the firm. Orix is a unique real estate development firm whose majority shares are held by Orix Corporation Japan and Orix Leasing Pakistan.
Shahab Sharif
Director
Mr. Sharif is a professionally qualified Human Resources Specialist, a Masters Degree holder in Economics and Law with over 20 years of experience in Consulting and HR Outsourcing, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management with multinational organizations.
His key competencies include Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labor Management, Training and Organizational Development. Mr. Sharif is responsible for the outsourcing division of People™ called Employee Outsourcing (EO) — which, under his leadership, is the largest HR
and process outsourcing platforms in the country.
He also provides expert advice and support in other areas of Human Resource Management. He is currently advising numerous financial sector organizations in matters relating to employee relations, recruitment and selection and outsourcing.
Mr. Yuki Ohshima joined ORIX Corporation in 1971. Mr. Ohshima was appointed President of ORIX Asia Limited in April 1994 before being made Deputy President of Korea Development Leasing Corporation in April 2000. In June 2002, he became the Deputy Head of the International Headquarters and in March 2004, he was appointed the President of ORIX Auto Leasing Korea Corporation. In June 2005, Mr. Ohshima was made the Head of the International Headquarters and an Executive Officer. Mr. Ohshima is a graduate of Waseda University School of Commerce.
Mr. Fumihiko Sato joined ORIX Corporation in 1987. After serving various positions in Japan and USA, he was promoted to Manager, International Administration Department of International Headquarters in September 2000, in March 2001 he was appointed as Director of ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corp, Philippines and in June 2004, he was appointed as the Managing Director of MAF ORIX Finance PJSC, Dubai U.A.E. Mr. Sato is an MBA from Waseda University.
Mr. Kisat joined OLP in August 2000. He is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Kisat has held senior management positions in leading financial institutions of the country, prior to joining OLP. Besides handling the responsibilities of Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of OLP, Mr. Kisat is also on the Board of Directors of ORIX Leasing Egypt and Pakistan Microfinance Network.
Mr. Saeed Reza has been associated with OLP since 1993. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Currently he heads the International Division of OLP while also fulfilling the responsibilities of Director in ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited and Oman ORIX Leasing Company. He has previously served as the first Managing Director of ORIX Leasing Egypt. Prior to deputation in Egypt, he held the positions of General Manager, Finance & Accounts and Company Secretary.
